I love to take pictures of landscapes and flora when I travel.

Black and white shots bring contrasting textures to the forefront, offering both subtle and stark differentiation where one component of the shot ends and another begins.

Close up shots of flowers, leaves, bark, fungi, and other natural phenomena captivate the viewer through repeating patterns and colors.

While I've tried to capture many types of landscapes in a variety of seasons, these photos are simply a reminder of - and not a substitute for - experiencing the terrain.
